Photo: JOHN STEWART<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Authorities said the occasion was naturally occurring, which would dissipate over time due to tides and waves.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA naturally occurring algae bloom is currently visible along the coast near Lorne.
