FOR anyone looking to improve their wellbeing or embrace their passion for yoga in 2023, Sally Louise Yoga will be accepting an intake for a specialised course this month.<\/p>\n

The course includes both face-to- face and online tutorial components, complimentary access to online yoga classes, access to weekly classes and ongoing support throughout the duration of the course.<\/p>\n

“By combining face-to-face and online learning we strike the balance between making teacher training accessible to busy people while also receiving the benefits of learning adjustment techniques and practical components that require in person attendance,” Ms Louise said.<\/p>\n

Upon completion of the course, participants will be fully qualified and able to be insured to teach yoga.<\/p>\n

Ms Louise said the course provided a pathway to a career in yoga for some, and a personal immersive experience for others.<\/p>\n

“Some people want to become teachers and others simply want to expand and deepen their practice, so their level of experience doesn’t really matter, as long as there is a passion to learn more about yoga.<\/p>\n

“Ultimately the course provides students with a thorough education for a safe and most effective yoga practice. A lot of people practise yoga, but very few truly understand what each posture is about.<\/p>\n

“Our students graduate with the life-long tools to help create good health through yoga.”<\/p>\n
