Three most important issues in your council? Listening to the people, “Never forget to advocate for the Indoor Pool.” The community have been asking for a pool for over 30 years, it is about time they got one. We need the last peace of the pie completed, common Federal Government, Moorabool need your funding. As one of the fastest growing Shires in Victoria managing growth whilst considering our Rural Charm, Agriculture and farming is important. Infrastructure, like schools, connecting roads, community centres, kindergartens, sports facilities and parks etc need to occur in these growth areas before developers start dumping new build. Improving our Road system, including maintaining current roads across the Shire and building new connections like the Eastern Link Bypass around Bacchus Marsh to move the Trucks and excessive traffic out of the CBD of Bacchus Marsh is vital. Bacchus Marsh CBD will be in lockdown by 2030 if we don’t build the Eastern Link Bypass soon.
