How long have you lived in your council? I’ve lived in Bacchus Marsh since 1985.

Community involvement: I have been involved as a board member and volunteer in a large number of sporting and community groups for over 40 years, and also served on a number of advisory boards.

Associated with a political party or movement? No. I don’t believe that politics has a place on local government.

Preferencing: Voters should vote as they see fit. The danger of preferences is that voting can be influenced by political parties and I don’t think politics has a place in local government.

Campaign budget? Receiving financial support? I am not receiving any financial assistance and my budget is minimal.

Three most important issues in your area?

To support population and economic growth via a sustainable and planned framework that protects councils unique rural charm.

Assisting Moorabool to capitalise on our close links with other regions and cities to deliver economic and tourism benefits. Community health, wellbeing and community connection.
