Victoria Police are urging bush walkers to ‘Let Someone Know Before You Go’ into the bush for a lengthy hike.
The Lerderderg State Park, Wombat State Forest and the Werribee Gorge, are regular haunts for day trippers with it not uncommon for the local SES to conduct search and rescue operations, when people lose their bearings.
