The same art group that brightened up the streets of Ballan with ‘WinterKnits’ and ‘Black Nite Black Lite’ has announced its latest project – ‘Birds in Ballan’.
The group hopes to liven up Ballan once more this winter and lift community spirits, with bird-themed artwork and events.
