Another flaw in MBC process

It is another nail in the coffin, slap in the face, for Council and the residents of Bacchus Marsh after the Victorian Heritage Advisory Council granted Maddingley Brown Coal (MBC) a permit exemption to do roadworks on The Avenue of Honour in Bacchus Marsh.
