CENTRAL Highlands Water’s customers are being asked to provide feedback about their experiences.

The annual customer satisfaction survey is open until Wednesday 22 October and asks customers to share their level of satisfaction with the organisation as well as thoughts or ideas.

The survey will contribute to a larger piece about community satisfaction across seven water corporations including Westernport, South Gippsland, Gippsland, East Gippsland, Goulburn Valley and Coliban.

“Our annual customer satisfaction survey helps us gain insights into community perspectives on our products and services, and I encourage our customers to be as honest as possible,” Central Highlands Water managing director Jeff Haydon said.

“The information we receive about the customer experience helps us identify if we’re meeting their expectations.

“The survey is one of the most important ways we learn from our community and improve our services.”

Customers who participate in the survey will have the chance to win one of 10 $100 bill credits.

Personal information obtained through the survey will remain confidential and will not be linked to feedback.
