Author declares 2021 will be splendid

A local author is helping Moorabool document the year ahead, with her new guided journal declaring that 2021 “will be splendid”.
Tor Roxburgh released ‘And That’s How It Went’ late last year, to help refresh journal-writers on the events of 2020 – but now she has published ‘And It Will Be Splendid’, inviting writers to jot down the events of what will hopefully be a better year.
