Award dedicated to all volunteers

For his contribution to arts and culture in Bacchus Marsh, resident John Spain will be awarded Citizen of the Year at Moorabool Shire Council’s 2020 Australia Day ceremony.

Mr Spain was named as an award recipient alongside Young Citizen of the Year Jacinta Guirguis and Mayor’s Award recipient David Lambrick, with the Bacchus Marsh Flower and Garden Show picking up the award for Community Event of the Year.
