Be alert for symptoms

If you’ve returned from a country where monkeypox is currently present and you develop symptoms, please seek medical advice immediately.

Symptoms include:
– fever
– swelling of the lymph nodes, and
– distinctive rash (which could look like bumps, pimples or sores) on parts of the body, including genitals.
