A Bacchus Marsh woman, who was described by many as being an active voice within the community for many years, was farewelled last week.
Delwyn Leggatt OAM, former Councillor and first Mayor of the Moorabool Shire Council, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2020 at the age of 85.
