It is a clear message being expressed from Moorabool Mayor David Edwards about the soil from the West Gate tunnel project, and they include expectations of Council.
Cr Edwards said Moorabool Shire Council is calling on the Victorian Government and Transurban to suspend all discussions on the use of the Maddingley Brown Coal site at Bacchus Marsh during this difficult time.
