The penny has dropped at Moorabool Shire Council – but two councillors made big dives to try to catch it before it fell.
West Ward Councillor Tom Sullivan and Central Ward Councillor Paul Tatchell both voted against releasing council’s draft budget for public consultation, at a special meeting of council held on Wednesday 20 may, each for very different reasons.
