Don’t agree with your rates notice?

If you receive your 2022/23 Rate and Valuation Notice and do not agree with the valuation on the notice, you are entitled to object to the valuation.

Objections must be lodged on the Valuer General Victoria portal or on the prescribed form and lodged on the portal or with Council within 60-days from when Council issues the Annual Rate and Valuation Notices.
