Ejected after stripping to undies

If ever a council meeting needed to be live-streamed it was on Wednesday 2 May at the Ballan council chambers.
The meeting ended as quickly as it started when at 6.02pm the Ordinary Meeting of Council was adjourned due to a man removing his clothes in the gallery.
Godwin Aquilina stripped down to just a hat and his orange underpants and shouted he was doing so because he has “..been stripped of my rights” by council.
Mr Aquilina is infamously known as the owner of Jackie Chan the ram, previously housed at a property in Love Close, Bacchus Marsh.
Moorabool Mayor Cr Paul Tatchell took control of the situation and escorted Mr Aquilina willingly, from the chamber room, as long as he (Aquilina) could wear his “safety thongs”.
It is alleged Mr Aquilina, who suffers from an Acquired Brain Injury, is angry at council for enforcing his property to be cleared of rubbish and vehicles outside the boundary and on the nature strip.
The meeting resumed at 6.08pm when Mr Aquilina departed, after offering an apology to the gallery.
