Face to face conversation heading south

A local police officer says “communication is a skill we’re sadly losing in our society” as mobile phone use among children increases.
Leading Senior Constable and Moorabool Youth Resource Officer James Ross says mobile phone use is becoming prevalent in social settings, and as a result, less face-to-face communication is happening.
