Gas Heater – beware of the silent killer, carbon monoxide poisoning

Carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning from faulty gas heaters can make you feel ill or even be fatal. Reduce your risk this winter:

✔️ Get your gas heater serviced by a licensed gasfitter, at least every 2 years

✔️ Consider installing CO alarms in all rooms with gas burning appliances

✔️ If you have an open flue heater, let fresh air flow through the room when the heater is on
