Going, going …. gone

After 13 years, an iconic Ballan house has been demolished, save for a staircase kept by the original owner.
The ‘dome house’ on Denholms Road, Ballan was three storeys, had 15 rooms, and also carried nicknames such as ‘the igloo’, ‘the bubble house’ and ‘the spaceship’.
