Grey Street upgraded

Sections of Grey Street, Darley received a makeover earlier this month.

A wombat crossing was installed for safer pedestrian access between the shopping centre and Darley Park.

A new median, footpath and the replacement of the kerb and channel on the north side of Grey Street.

The site will be landscaped in April/May 2023.

Work has also started on upgrades to 150 metres of existing shared footpath. The new concrete, line marking, and pavement markings will improve the safety of pedestrians and cyclists.

Line marking on Grey Street is expected to be completed next year.
