Health facility moving forward

Ballan District Health & Care is back in the spotlight, with two big changes taking place.

Acting Chief Executive Officer, Rowena Clift, will head back to her roots to lead the Western Victoria Primary Health Network from June 2020.

Board Chair Lyn Gunnell said the process to recruit an interim CEO has already commenced and the position will be filled before Ms Clift departs BDHC in June.

“Ms Clift can be credited with transforming the health service and working together with staff to find new ways to deliver high quality, front-line health services needed most by the community,” she said.

Ms Gunnell announced to the Moorabool News they have appointed an advisor to the BDHC Board.
“Barry Kogan from McGrath Nicol will provide further guidance for its work to make the health service sustainable for the future.”
