Hospital only a plan

A ‘cutting-edge hospital of the future’ is not a furphy, it will be built in Toolern (south of Melton), but not any time soon.

State Acting-Minister for Health Martin Foley declared last week Western Health would be the operator of the hospital, however, the government has only invested $2.4million to complete a business case for the project.
