Intervention will give community no voice

“..risk of becoming a sham,” is how the Moorabool Shire Council Mayor has described the planning process surrounding the proposal to store, categorise and dispose of contaminated soil in Bacchus Marsh.
Cr David Edwards said Council is extremely disappointed that Maddingley Brown Coal (MBC) has applied to the Minister for Planning Richard Wynne, seeking ministerial intervention.
