Karate still kicking

It has been a tough year for sports clubs across Victoria, but the local Shindo Karate club has fought to keep kids fit and active.
Wayne and Annie Noble, who run the Bacchus Marsh and Melton chapter of Shindo Karate, have remained committed to their students throughout the 2020 pandemic.
During the height of lockdown, when the dojo was closed, 12 classes a week were held online on Zoom, with some classes having over 50 households in attendance.
Mr Noble told the Moorabool News that adapting had been a challenge, but soon online classes had become the norm.
