Kittens need fur-ever homes
More cats than ever need to find their forever home locally, so if you want to do something kind while also getting a new furry friend for a good price, look no further than the local Moorabool pound.
Kitten season hasn’t slowed down, with a longer than usual breeding year has meant kitten intake has placed pressure on the pound’s capacity and resources. To help with this, many kittens have been placed into foster care.
Many of the incoming kittens were underage so to help with the best start they’ve been placed into foster to grow, but also to socialise. With adult intake on the rise, the pound and carers have never been so full.
If you’re looking for a new cat or kitten, now is a fantastic time to get one.
All adults are $60, and all kittens are $120 – this includes their vet check, desexing, microchipping, first vaccination, worm and flea control and council registration if you are a Moorabool Shire resident.
