Military Camp marks 80 years

Did you know there was a military camp in Darley during the Second World War?
Darley Military Camp was built in 1940, and the Bacchus Marsh & District Historical Society marked the 80th anniversary of its construction on September 26.
BMDHS posted excerpts on social media of an interview with Nancy Lloyd, who lived in Darley when the camp was built.
