Minister hands Council an olive branch

It is now common knowledge Maddingley Brown Coal has submitted a planning scheme amendment to enable their Bacchus Marsh site to receive spoil from the Westgate Tunnel Project.
To date, Moorabool Shire Council was being kept in the dark, with no documentation from Transurban or MBC about the proposal, until last Friday.
