New Year, new me for 2023?
Build towards positive and sustainable healthy eating changes this year by:
– starting with one new positive habit for seven days. Try a new habit each week and see what works for you
– thinking of each positive choice you make as an act of nurture and love towards yourself, and
– rather than striving for a particular weight, size or look, tune in to how you feel after eating particular foods.
Change doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s okay so go slow with these things.
