Imagine, as a ratepayer, opening up the annual rates notice and finding that it has not increased at all on last year’s amount.
Believe it or not, a zero-rate rise could be a possibility for some Moorabool residents, depending on the outcome of council’s current plans for the 2020-21 annual budget.
