Think again.

Police were patrolling in Ballan on nightshift over the weekend of Sat 6/Sun 7 August, when at 3am they decided to intercept a car for a minor traffic offence.

As a result, a male aged 38 from Hoppers Crossing has been charged with a number of offences including Possess Cannabis, Possess Methylamphetamine and Possess Proceeds of Crime.

He was remanded in custody to appear at court on a later date.
