An alleged siege with reports of guns and explosives saw emergency services, heavily armed police and the dog squad promptly attend a premise in Bacchus Marsh in early January.

A spokesperson for Victoria Police told the Moorabool News they were called to an address in Ryan court on Tuesday, 7 January about 1.15pm, to conduct a welfare check on a man.
