Rejected plans resurface

One man has seen it all before, 30-years ago, and said the current proposed plans for the Eastern Link are basically the same and, has farmers questioning the proposal and the process, with the proponent silent.
Regional Roads Victoria (RRV) has put forward the three routes and an alternate southern route, aimed at reducing congestion and improve safety in the town of Bacchus Marsh however, all options would cut into prime agricultural land south of the Avenue of Honour.
