Shooting birdies is not the fair way

‘Deliberate destruction’ were the words used by an activist group when describing what a local golf club did to rid a native bird species from their course.
The Bacchus Marsh West Golf Club [BMWGC] have been accused of shooting and killing native Corellas to stop them from damaging their golfing greens and fairways.
An eyewitness’ wife told the Moorabool News her “husband and son witnessed a shooting” and “so did one of her friends” who lives near the course.
