Applications are now open to join the Moorabool Shire Local Business Advisory Committee. Due to vacancies, Council is seeking two innovative shire business professionals to join the committee. This is a skills-based volunteer opportunity enabling you to extend your passion and commitment to the current and future benefit of Moorabool Shire by leveraging your professional skill, insight, and networks.
Applicants must be a resident of Moorabool Shire, although do not have to be employed within the municipality. This committee provides advice through a diverse range of industry representation to Council in relation to the growth of the Moorabool Shire economy and the generation of local employment opportunities through increased levels of appropriate investment and business development.
The committee assists in shaping and creating a strong local economy by utilising the knowledge and experience of Shire residents – industry leaders with proven professional success, industry specific expertise, and well established networks – be they local, national or global.
