After almost two-years of work, Ballan’s Inglis street upgrade is finally complete.
The finished streetscape was officially opened on Tuesday, 17 December by Cr Paul Tatchell, Moorabool Shire Council Infrastructure Manager Phil Jeffery and community reference group representative Robert Eskdale.
