Secondary school students angry about state government plans to dump toxic waste near their school aren’t waiting for legal challenges to eventuate — instead they’re busy finding solutions.
A team of students from Bacchus Marsh Grammar School (BMG), have proposed a Bill to Victoria’s Youth Parliament that aims to create a state-run waste testing department.
