Survey to collect ‘your experience’

It is not a scam, it is a legitimate survey, if you receive a phone call asking about your recent experience with Council.

Moorabool Shire Council and National Field Services are conducting the survey of residents across the Shire from 31 January to mid-March.

Similar surveys will be undertaken across Victorian councils in the coming months. The survey has been designed to assess the performance of Moorabool Shire Council across a range of services and experiences to identify opportunities for improvement.

A spokesperson for Council said, “we appreciate you taking the time to assist us with your valuable feedback.”

“Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential,” the spokesperson said.

Only the overall results are shared with Moorabool Shire Council.
