The effects of COVID
COVID-19 affects everyone differently and mild symptoms can be treated at home.
Symptoms can include:

➡️ tiredness or weakness without shortness of breath
➡️ runny nose, sneezing or sore throat
➡️ cough
➡️ mild headache
➡️ mild fever that responds to treatment
➡️ loss of smell or taste
➡️ loss of appetite
➡️ nausea
➡️ occasional vomiting or diarrhoea
Try to keep up your water intake and rest if you are feeling unwell. Monitor symptoms, and if they worsen seek medical help.
