A local church is the victim of a heartless thief, who has not once, but twice, ruined their beautiful rose garden.
St. Andrew’s Uniting Church grounds in Bacchus Marsh are managed by volunteers called ‘Dad’s Army’, who meet on Fridays for morning tea.
