Will this option save face?

It appears that a ‘Board’ game is being played at Ballan District Health and Care.
In a ‘Monopoly’ move, the hospital and aged care property has been put up for sale.
The property is advertised with local Joe McFall Real Estate, which sent out the bulk email to his data base listings.
But there won’t be any little green houses or red hotels springing up on the land – because the facilities will be leased back by BDH&C.
Mr McFall declined to answer questions from the Moorabool News but confirmed the land is for sale, but not the businesses.
“They want to stay there, yes,” Mr McFall said.
