Bacchus Marsh Little Athletics

The Centre held their rescheduled Combined Event last Saturday morning at Masons Lane Reserve. After two previous washouts, the weather was perfect for the third attempt at completing the annual event.

All athletes competed in five events (hurdles, sprint, distance, discus & long jump) gaining points in each event. Trophies will be awarded to the age group winners with medals presented to second and third placegetters.  All participants will receive a certificate of participation with complete results.

Jude Brody-Wall, Harvey Whitney, Jackson Briggs, Mackenzie Estlick, Mitchell Tung and Lily Norman all achieved PBs in every event.

This Friday night the Centre will conduct their final meet for the year with a modified program commencing at 5pm. Combined Events awards will be presented prior to competition commencing.  A special visit from Santa during the meet will take place.

Little Aths will return in the New Year on Saturday 21 January.
