An awards evening has snuck in before the State went in to ‘non-essential’ COVID-19 overdrive.
The Ballarat Cricket Association held their awards night on Monday 16 March with many Ballan players polling well in the Bernie Davey Medal count. Michael and Lachie Snaith picked up 6th on 13 votes and 7th on 12 votes respectively.
Michael, last year’s winner, presented the medal to Brad Dunbar from Coronet City.
Lachie also came in 4th place with the ‘2nd Grade Champion Player’ with 703 points and picked up the 2nd Grade award for the best bowling figures in an innings of 19.5 overs, 6 maidens 7/37.
