PCC Masters, Northern Districts Calisthenics Competition Aggregate.

WHILE some of the Pentland teams have still got a couple of competitions to go, the Masters have completed their competition season.

They made the trip to River Gum Theatre in Hampton Park for their final performances.

In a VERY even competition they were awarded the following places 2nd – March & Clubs, 3rd – Rods & Free Exercises, Honourable Mention (HM) – Aesthetics & Revue.

This resulted in the most unusual result of a three way tie for the Reserve Aggregate (2nd Overall). This really was a fabulous way to finish off the year after having previously also won the Aggregate (first overall) at their first competition for 2024 (Northern Districts Calisthenics Competition) Masters who are aged 26+ although Pentland’s team of 15 ladies have an average age of 44 perform six items in their competition syllabus.

PCC Masters were one of three groups to tie for the Reserve Aggregate.

In 2024 the Masters have been awarded the following:

March – 1st, 2nd, HM and Highly Commended (HC)

Clubs – 1st, 2 x 2nd, 3rd

Rods – 1st, 2nd, 3rd, HM

Free Exercises – 1st, 3rd, HC

Aesthetics – 2nd 3x HM

Revue – HM, 2 x HC

“I am so grateful to have the chance to coach such a wonderful bunch of ladies with the support of a fantastic coaching team,” said Coach Bec.

“They have worked so hard and I am so proud of them.”

The team now have a couple of weeks before their final performances at the Annual Display at the end of October.
