Victoria Police<\/p>\n

Over the past twelve months, Victoria Police has busted some of the state\u2019s worst youth gangs as part of Operation Alliance.<\/p>\n

Victoria Police is currently actively monitoring 596 youth gang members across the state, down 20% from the early days of the operation in 2020. 1 in 5 are currently incarcerated in adult prisons or Youth Justice Centres.<\/p>\n

Many of these offenders have taken the first steps to a life free of crime by cutting ties with youth gangs and not continuing to offend.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
