Moorabool Shire Council<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rates notices will be hitting letterboxes soon and the following information and graphic might help if you have queries around property valuations and the Essential Services Rate Cap.<\/p>\n

The rate cap for the 2022\/23 year has been set at 1.75%.<\/p>\n

An increase in the valuation base does not change the overall value of rate revenue that Council generates.<\/p>\n
