Moorabool Shire Council is planning to enhance the township of Myrniong, and wants to hear from the community on what improvements are most needed.<\/p>\n
Council\u2019s Capital Works Small Township Enhancement Program (STEP) is open for feedback until Friday 10 November, with construction works expected to commence in the 2025\/26 financial year.<\/p>\n
A budget of $150,000 has been committed per financial year for all STEP projects, with survey participants asked what modes of transport they use, and which items need upgrades in order of priority.<\/p>\n
Items include formalised walking tracks, landscaping and tree planting, the Reserve, and street signage.<\/p>\n
Survey participants can also leave additional feedback on modes of transport, their selection of upgrades, and any other suggestions via text boxes on the survey page.<\/p>\n
An interactive map is also available for residents to drop a pin on and provide comments on certain parts of the township. <\/p>\n
