A new owner and provider have taken over the Ballan Childcare Centre.
\nThe move has assured the future of local childcare, according to Ballan District Health and Care.
\nBDH&C decided to sell the business as part of its plan to dig its way out of deep financial woes.
\nThe deal is for the sale of the childcare business only, not the land and buildings, which will continue to be leased by the new childcare service owner \u2013 with some improvements on the way. BDH&C do not own the land or buildings.
\nThe service has been bought by Mrs Navjeet Kaur, Director of ANM Business Services.
\n\u201cMrs Kaur plans to renovate the outdoor area to improve this important play space for the children,\u201d said BDH&C CEO Rowena Clift.<\/p>\n
