Soap dispensers in public conveniences have been damaged and now removed, after an allegation of an unknown substance causing burns to people\u2019s hands.
\nMoorabool Council was notified and found numerous soap dispensers had been damaged, fearing a contamination tampering may have taken place.<\/p>\n
