Most people have at least a vague idea of their ancestry \u2013 parents, grandparents and great grandparents \u2013 but until recently, Bill Purcell and his brother Denis only knew their father, and even that had to be questioned.
\nMr Purcell had noticed some irregularities around his father\u2019s marriage certificate and his own birth certificate but, he hadn\u2019t delved into the reasoning until a few years ago.<\/p>\n
