Balancing studies is one thing, but for Bacchus Marsh resident Anna Kelly it has been a game of juggling university whilst being one of Australia\u2019s outstanding cross-country champions.
\nMs Kelly, 25, recently graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice.
\nShe has secured a full-time physiotherapy position at Southern Suburbs Physiotherapy Centre, where she has flexibility to pursue her training commitments.
\nThe former Bacchus Marsh Little Athletics member made her international sporting debut at the 2017 IAAF World Cross Country Championships, finishing 31st overall with a personal breakthrough time of 35:20 for the 10km course.
\nMs Kelly also competed in the 2018 World University Cross Country Championships, finishing 19th in 36.36 for the 10km course.
\n\u201cTrying to study full-time while keeping up my training was definitely challenging. But, looking back, I wouldn\u2019t have it any other way,\u201d she said.
